NaaS360 transforms telecom networks into programmable platforms where enterprises request outcomes and the network autonomously figures out the ‘how’
“We don’t configure networks anymore; we ask network to deliver business outcomes”
The focus is on
1. Programmable network services - which enables delivery of truly intent-driven, autonomous Network as a Service (NaaS) using Standardized APIs (TM Forum, CAMARA, GSMA, Mplify, GSMA) and Agentic AI
2. Solving major challenge in Telco industry which is to turn complexity into growth - the ecosystems are very much fragmented - : Multi-domain and multi-technology networks (mobile, IoT, edge) lack interoperability, creating operational complexity. Also, there are difficulties in managing services across multiple operators, enterprises and B2B developers
In PhaseI(C25.0.836 - Accelerating Dynamic Network Market Places) the focus was more on single domain and more on Market place/BSS side where we did demo for deploying multipoint VPN across operators using CAMARA, Mplify and TMF APIs and Agentic AI.
NaaS360 – Phase II expands on our mission to deliver a fully programmable, intent-driven Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) platform that empowers CSPs, hyperscalers, enterprises, and developers across the globe. Building on the multipoint VPN automation achieved in Phase I, this phase extends the solution across mobile, IoT, and core network domains, enabling seamless service creation and orchestration through standardized APIs from CAMARA, TM Forum, MEF/Mplify, and GSMA.
This Catalyst introduces a major advancement: the convergence of Intent-Based NaaS with Agentic AI-driven Autonomous Networks (AN) at Level-4 maturity. High-level business needs—such as latency, mobility, availability, or security—are automatically translated into dynamic, cross-domain network configurations using enhanced TM Forum intent APIs. The approach unlocks real-time, programmable network behavior that adapts to application or enterprise demands.
By integrating secure identity services and unified API exposure, the solution accelerates time-to-market, reduces operational complexity, and opens new revenue opportunities. It is particularly impactful for sectors like fintech, healthcare, and education, where mobile network APIs provide trusted, secure communication channels.
NaaS 360 – Phase II directly addresses key CSP pain points: fragmented ecosystems, rising cybersecurity risks, manual operations, and the challenge of delivering multi-technology services across multiple operators. Through autonomous, standardized, 360-degree NaaS capabilities, CSPs can deliver services faster, more securely, and with greater agility—ultimately positioning themselves as essential enablers in the digital economy.
