Building on the success of the previous Catalyst “GenAI Proactive Customer Care for 5G Monetization”, this phase advances the solution into a more trustworthy, governed, and CSP-ready AI framework for customer experience operations.
This project aims to develop a sophisticated, orchestration of AI agent system for customer interactions. The core objectives focus on maintaining contextual integrity, ensuring response accuracy, optimizing resource utilization, and embedding robust security and cost-control mechanisms.
The next-generation Agentic BSS/OSS introduces a transformative paradigm. By leveraging a Language User Interface (LUI ) and shifting from rigid processes to intent-based, multi-agent collaboration, the system delivers immediate answers, superior customer experiences, and operational efficiency. This evolution accelerates Time-to-Revenue (TTR) and provides a proactive “accompanying service” experience, featuring proactive awareness, one-click ordering, and billing transparency, which directly enhances Net Promoter Score (NPS)
The project empowers our Champions to architect a pragmatic evolution from legacy solutions to an AI Agentic-driven framework. The methodology involves mapping existing TM Forum assets and architectural blueprints, which will be adapted to create a phased, achievable transition plan. This ensures the integration of powerful AI capabilities is conducted at a realistic and successful pace.”
