Pathways for Progress is TM Forum’s new industry-wide program designed to solve one of the telco industry’s hardest problems: How to turn transformation ambition into real progress — for people, teams, and organizations. This session brings the new TM Forum 'Belts' program to life — recognizing the leaders already driving real change, sharing the stories behind red and black belt achievements, and showing how leading operators are embedding these pathways into their own internal development and transformation programs.
