Spotlight: New generation intelligent operations whitepaper 4.0 launch: Real change shaping the new paradigm
Spotlight
AgenticOps represents a move away from rules-based automation toward AI agents that can perceive, reason and act with greater autonomy. Join us for the launch of TM Forum’s New Generation Intelligent Operations 4.0 Whitepaper: Real change shaping the new paradigm to learn how AgenticOps are driving a shift in telcos’ operations and maintenance (O&M) models.
In intelligent O&M, AI agents are positioned as “digital employees” that collaborate with human engineers. The focus is on augmenting decision-making, improving execution speed and handling increasing network complexity. Platforms and underlying technologies – including data foundations, AI frameworks and cross-domain orchestration – are critical enablers of this transformation. Without unified platforms, intelligent O&M remains fragmented and difficult to scale. Join our expert speakers to learn how intelligent automation and observability platforms can help communications service providers (CSPs) cut costs, accelerate fault resolution and transform customer experience.

Panel: From copilots to autonomy: How to scale AgenticOps and realize true value.
There is no single path to AgenticOps, and CSPs are progressing at very different speeds on their journeys. Our case studies show that while some operators are already achieving a high degree of automation (e.g., large-scale auto-resolution of faults), others are deliberately taking their time and keeping human validation in the loop. This panel discussion will examine:
- Where should operators draw the line today between assistive AI (copilots), human-in-the-loop AI and fully autonomous agents, and how will that line shift over time?
- What are the risks of moving too fast versus too slowly?
- Is the main bottleneck to scaling AgenticOps data quality and integration; legacy systems and silos; or processes, skills and operating model?
- Which metrics matter most: MTTR, productivity improvements and cost savings, customer experience measures like NPS and CSAT, or something else?
