TM Forum’s Open Digital Architecture (ODA) defines the blueprint for modular, composable telecom IT. The challenge for CSPs is turning this blueprint into intelligent, production-ready systems. In this session, we will highlight how Mavenir’s Digital Enablement (MDE) portfolio operationalizes ODA through a reusable library of cloud-native BSS microservices aligned to ODA domains and compliant with 20+ TM Forum Open APIs. Built on this foundation, AI agents leverage real-time BSS context to automate operations, improve support, and enable new revenue generating services. The result is line of business-specific, AI-enabled BSS assembled at speed for ecosystem driven growth.
