Operationalizing agentic AI: Live use cases and proven business outcomes

Building on last year’s DTW session on AI Agents and the Dark NOC, this talk will focus on the practical adoption of AI Agents in live Telecom Operations environments. Altice Labs will showcase how autonomous and agentic AI is already being used to support operational teams, moving beyond concepts into production-grade use cases across OSS domains. The session will include live demos of selected AI Agents operating in real-life scenarios. Each demo is grounded in a concrete use case, showing how agents enable fully autonomous operations. We will share measurable benefits observed in these real-life examples.

Carlos Guilherme Araújo, Head of Product Management and Innovation, Altice Lab

12:30 - 12:45
Introducing agentic orchestration to Polystar platform and analytics

This session covers the evolution of Polystar’s Unified Assurance Platform. We will show how expanded data coverage, deeper analytics, reasoning, and governed automation are coming together to support the journey toward autonomous, agent-based operations — without compromising trust or control.

Asparuh Rashid, Head of Data Platform and Visualization, Polystar, Elisa Industriq

12:45 - 13:00
You have the data. You don’t have the signal: Building the telemetry foundation AI actually needs

As CSPs advance toward autonomous networks, defend against threats, and drive new revenue through IoT-enabled services, one capability sits at the center of every strategic initiative: acting on telemetry with full context, at machine speed. Today, telemetry data is massive, fragmented, and difficult to access and act on in a timely and cost-effective way. Operators generate growing volumes of IPFIX, xFlow, and CDR data, yet lack a consistent way to correlate these streams and make them usable in near-real time, or to pair them with the statistical depth drawn from historical data. This session makes the case for a different approach: treating network telemetry as a service layer, built on a unified data foundation that enables real-time analytics, OLAP, graph, and geospatial insights all on the same full-resolution data, without the cost and latency of siloed systems. Attendees will learn how operators can move from reactive, polling-based monitoring to streaming telemetry as a scalable, always-on service — and what that shift unlocks

AI reshapes next-gen OSS: Redefining user habits for autonomous operations

This session explores how agentic AI is transforming current OSS applications and examines the key LLM approaches underpinning next-generation OSS, enabling context-aware and adaptive decision-making. We will explore how agent-to-agent interactions are optimising OSS environments, reducing manual interventions while accelerating processing complex O&M tasks.

Navigating the AI hype maze: Monetizing autonomous networks, edge, 6G & AI Factories - Where will growth come from?

AI is everywhere but turning it into real revenue remains the challenge. As telcos move beyond experimentation, the focus is shifting from deploying AI to monetizing it across platforms, marketplaces, and ecosystems. Unlock new growth vectors. From AI-enabled operations and autonomous networks to edge-powered services and emerging AI factory models, the opportunity is clear, but so is the complexity. In this exclusive VIP session, leaders from AT&T, HCLTech, NVIDIA, and Beyond Now come together to share and discuss how CSPs can move from AI promise to measurable business impact.
