ODA is evolving to provide the architectural patterns, standards, governance, ontologies and best practices for enabling AI-driven intent-based autonomy across IT and networks. In this session, members of TM Forum’s collaboration community will explain these recent advances and why they are essential for the industry’s adoption of agentic AI at scale, while laying out the collaborative work program to further develop ODA’s support for AI native operations.
- How should AI work alongside and within existing OSS/BSS systems?
- What and where are the control points for AI security, compliance and costs?
- What standards are needed for multi-vendor AI interoperability across IT and networks?
