China Mobile showcases an AI-native, end-to-end solution that transforms high-speed rail connectivity into a differentiated, monetizable experience.  

Using NWDAF analytics and PCF policy control, AI identifies high-speed rail passengers with over 90% accuracy within minutes, enabling dynamic resource prioritization and consistent service quality under heavy load.

The solution aligns with TM Forum ODA and maps to TMF621, TMF640, and TMF642 for standardized service exposure, orchestration, and assurance. It operates as a closed-loop system across RAN and core, improving latency, stability, and throughput for demanding applications like video conferencing and gaming.

Deployed on 130+ daily trains, it supports a scalable pay-as-you-go premium connectivity model for millions of passengers.
