The 5G Dynamic Slicing Project brings industry stakeholders together to demonstrate how 5G network slices can be dynamically created, adapted, and assured to meet diverse enterprise and industry service needs. The project validates TM Forum–aligned architectures and Open APIs through real‑world slicing use cases, showcasing closed‑loop operations and cross‑domain coordination to support interoperable, standards‑based adoption and accelerate dynamic network slicing from concept to commercial deployment.

This use case presents a comprehensive fault‑management solution piloted at China Mobile that identifies and resolves base‑station outages caused by failures across power/environment, wireless, and transmission domains. The solution integrates agentic single‑domain autonomy and cross‑domain orchestration to unify multiple domains, significantly reducing MTTR, minimizing field site visits, and improving customer experience (QoE).

09:45 - 10:05 - Intent based video experience operations

How Agentic AI is put into action to improve Video Experience MOS. User sets a target experience level, e.g., a desired MOS score (a numerical measure of the human-judged overall quality of an event or experience, e.g. video calls) and the system automatically determines what needs to change across radio, transport, and content-provider domains. It evaluates options, recommends the best actions, and either executes them automatically or assigns tasks to the appropriate teams. With results showing that targeted MOS scores increased by 5% in cases where close loop automation took control.
