Jen Hawes-Hewitt

Jen is a leader within Google Cloud’s Global Telecommunications practice, bringing over 20 years of experience advising multinational operators—including her tenure as a Global Industry Managing Director at Accenture. Based in London, she directs Google Cloud’s global GTM strategy, translating breakthrough innovations like agentic AI and autonomous networks into concrete commercial outcomes while directly shaping the product roadmap. An Oxford University graduate and World Economic Forum published author, Jen also leads Google Cloud’s partnership with TM Forum and previously served on the Smart London Board.
