Nicolai Schaettgen

Nicolai is the Founder and CEO of Match-Maker Ventures (MMV), a growth partner specialized in scaling innovation across the global telecom and communications ecosystem by connecting leading-edge technology companies with operators, OEMs, and data infrastructure leaders. Since 2015, MMV has operated in 40+ countries, built a portfolio of 16 scaleups from 12 countries, and enabled 100+ collaborations with total deal volume exceeding USD 500 million. Previously, he was a Principal at Arthur D. Little’s global telecom leadership team, advising boards and C-suites on strategy and transformation. He also lectures at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and regularly chairs and keynotes at forums including MWC, TM Forum DTW, and Network X.
