Rakhee Chachra is the Global Research Leader for Telecom, Media & Entertainment at IBM’s Institute for Business Value, where she advises industry leaders on where connectivity, AI, and platform economics are heading next. With over 25 years of experience across IBM and Ericsson, she brings a perspective shaped by both operator strategy and enterprise demand, helping leaders see where the two diverge and where new growth sits in the gap. She authors IBM thought leadership on telecom transformation, AI, and growth, and speaks at global industry forums on how communications providers can move from infrastructure-led models to outcome-led value creation.
