Joann O'Brien

Joann currently leads the Digital Ecosystem and Business Architecture initiatives at TM Forum. She is a transformative technology leader who recognizes the importance of business-driven & harmonized transformation for growth. Most recently Joann led, with the tmforum membership, the publication of the first TMF Capability Framework and Value Stream conceptual Framework. She also leds the Ecosystem Business Modeling work of TMF, demonstrating how to apply ODA for diversified growth in a streamlined way, maximizing reuse and business opportunities for telco. Joann has initiated the TM Forum’s Open API program and driving it from concept to global success as an enabler to the zero-integration economy. Joann has significant experience leading complex large-scale transformation programs for a number of global organizations.
