Frank Elter

Frank Elter is Director of Strategy and Organizational Research at Telenor Research & Innovation. He holds a part-time position as Associate Professor at Norwegian School of Economics NHH and has a PhD in Strategy and Organization from the Norwegian Business School. Elter is co-author of 18 scientific articles, he is an advisor to Telenor's management, and teaches on Telenor's internal and NHH Executive's management programs. Through his research and operational practice, Elter has developed a deep understanding of the challenges managers experience in capturing business value from digital technologies. He is an expert on business model innovation, building new capabilities and working with partners, and developing organizational culture and driving change.
