Rudolf Strijkers

Dr. Rudolf Strijkers is Enterprise Architect at Swisscom where he leads the re-architecting of Swisscom’s IT into a modular, agile, and flexible Digital Architecture. He is initiator and one of the lead designers of Swisscom Digital Architecture, which lays the foundation for coordinated and coherent digitization across the company. 
In previous roles at Swisscom, he lead network operations in Switzerland, the transition to Agile and NetDevOps in Wireline and Datacenter Networks, and was in charge of architecture and technical strategy of Wireline Networks and IT. Before Swisscom, Rudolf worked as research scientist for TNO in the Netherlands. In this role, he lead various research projects around Software Defined Networks. He holds a number of patents in the area of Programmable Network, Mobile Networks, and Cloud Computing and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Amsterdam.
