Pak Wan

Pak is a Director of Engineering for Applied AI at Google Cloud, where he leads the Forward Engineering Deployment team across EMEA and the Americas. He and his team partner with many of the world's largest CSPs to implement cutting-edge AI applications on CX Agent Studio, Applied AI's customer experience agentic platform.

Based in Paris, France, and Sunnyvale, USA, Pak previously worked in system integration on large telecom BSS and OSS implementations across EMEA and Asia Pacific. He is originally from Perth, Western Australia.
