Ilham Seyidnurov

Ilham Seyidnurov is Director of the IT Department at Azercell Telecom. With nearly 20 years of experience in information technology, including more than 15 years in the telecommunications sector, he leads enterprise IT strategy, technology operations, cloud and infrastructure platforms, cybersecurity, AI initiatives, and digital transformation programs. His areas of interest include artificial intelligence, autonomous operations, cloud technologies, operational resilience, and technology-driven business transformation. Ilham is currently pursuing a Global Executive MBA at Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester.
