Karen Salvatierra is ZTO Network Resources Manager within Entel's Autonomous Network Office. She leads the management and orchestration of network resources on Entel's journey toward Zero-Touch Operations.
A telecommunications professional since 2013, Karen has built more than a decade of expertise at Entel Chile across a range of roles and domains — RAN optimization, technology evolution, network traffic planning, and smart mobile RAN investment.
From 2023 to 2025, as part of the Customer Experience department, she connected the technical and quality-of-experience perspectives to guide investment toward what matters most for customers while ensuring a strong ROI. Today, in the Autonomous Network Office, she brings that end-to-end view to Entel's autonomous-network transformation.
She holds a professional degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad de Chile with Maximum Distinction and an MSc in Telecommunications with Business from University College London, where she was awarded the Best Overall Student Prize.
