Jinu Koshy

Jinu Koshy is Vice President and Senior Industry Principal at Infosys, where he leads Domain Consulting for the Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) segment. With over three decades of experience in the IT and telecom industries, he is recognized for driving large-scale business and technology transformations for leading global telecom and digital service providers.  In his current role, Jinu heads strategic consulting initiatives focused on reimagining core telecom business models, modernizing BSS/OSS architectures, and enabling AI-led, platform-driven transformations. He plays a pivotal role in shaping industry narratives and orchestrating complex transformation programs across the telecom value chain.

Prior to Infosys, Jinu held senior leadership positions in TMT at global firms including Wipro, Aricent (now Capgemini Engineering) where he built and scaled practices across mobility, cloud, big data, and media technologies. His career spans product engineering, network consulting, and digital transformation, with a strong emphasis on innovation and customer-centric value creation.

A trusted advisor to CXOs, Jinu is on the Technology Advisory Board of Mplify (formerly MEF) and actively engaged in industry partnerships, contributing to thought leadership on the future of telecom, including ecosystem collaboration, and the role of AI in reshaping the industry.
