Ibrahim Eldeftar leads Telco AI Product Management at Ericsson, where he drives the strategy, development and execution of AI-native software products that power network intelligence, closed-loop automation, and autonomous operations for service providers worldwide. With over 18 years of experience in mobile networks and more than a decade leading AI-driven innovation, Ibrahim plays a key role in shaping Ericsson’s vision for Level 4 autonomy. He has led multiple cross-domain initiatives spanning services, central automation, rApps & SMO, working closely with CSPs, hyperscalers, and ecosystem partners to operationalize real-world use cases at scale.
