Stephen Kermode is the Lead Enterprise Architect at TalkTalk, responsible for shaping and leading the company’s architecture strategy. Over his career he has delivered major technology transformations across financial services and telecommunications with focus on cloud adoption, composable platforms and agile delivery.
Stephen has been instrumental in guiding TalkTalk’s digital transformation to a cloud‑first, API-driven architecture in partnership with Kraken Technologies, shaping long-term roadmaps to align with company strategy, while constantly understanding the need for a great customer experience. Stephen holds a Master’s degree and a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
