As an experienced chartered engineer and a marketeer, Ishari demonstrates a history of working in the telecommunications industry for 20+ years, shouldering multiple roles and currently heading the Digital Transformation Projects Division as the General Manager. The current job role involves designing and developing Digital Platforms and Smart Solutions in different business verticals and implementing Sri Lanka Telecom's Digital Transformation Program. She also Played the lead role as the project manager for some key projects driving the Sri Lankan government's digitalization program.
