He has been instrumental in the innovation of sixteen TM Forum Industry Best Practices, Guidebooks & Whitepapers on AI Operations, AI Closed-Loop Automation, Autonomous Networks, and Digital Transformation that contributed to the advancement of the digital technology sector. He is also an author of several research papers on AI, Machine Learning and 5G in International Conferences and Journals.
