Recently, he collaborated on ‘big rock’ digital transformation initiatives, specializing in architecture resilience, integrations and API governance in digital platforms.

Victor’s passion is simplifying complex IT ecosystems, improving operational efficiency, and enabling next-generation capabilities crucial for evolving new technologies and regulatory frameworks. He held leadership, architecture and hands-on technical positions in low latency market data delivery for trading platforms at Reuters, Citigroup, Solace.

At Singtel, Victor is credited with driving the wider adoption of TM Forum Open Digital Architecture (ODA) frameworks.
