Cancellation policy

- Registration can be canceled/changed and a 50% refund made only if e-mail or written notice carries a transmittal time or postmark of no later than 11:59 pm (EST) October 5, 2025. No other form of cancellation notice will be accepted.
- All cancellations must receive a confirmation from TM Forum to be considered valid.
- All participants who register later than 11:59 pm (EST) on October 5, 2025 are responsible for full registration payment and no full or partial refunds will be offered.
- Charges for cancellation or changes to reservations for accommodation, airfare, or other transportation are the responsibility of the attendee.
