Reinvent to compete: How to align AI, IT and business to move at machine speed

Sessions in rooms

• Designing AI-ready platforms with trusted data, event-driven architectures and composable services at their core
• Aligning platform engineering, enterprise architecture and operating models to accelerate transformation at scale
• Embedding AI into delivery pipelines, operational workflows and decision-making to improve speed, quality and resilience
• Building modular, API-first platforms that enable continuous innovation while supporting interoperability and long-term scalability

• Using AI to assess application portfolios, map dependencies and prioritize modernization based on business value and technical risk
• Accelerating code refactoring, documentation generation and legacy language migration through agentic AI
• Reducing technical debt while preserving business continuity through phased, low-risk modernization strategies
• Automating testing, validation and governance to ensure functional equivalence, performance and security throughout the migration lifecycle

• Building internal developer platforms with reusable services, APIs and golden paths to improve engineering productivity
• Standardizing platform capabilities across cloud-native and legacy environments to reduce complexity and technical debt
• Applying platform engineering principles to accelerate software delivery, improve reliability and simplify operations
• Establishing platform governance that balances developer autonomy with security, compliance and architectural consistency

• What does "reinvention at scale" actually look like in today's telco environment, and how do you measure success?
• How are you balancing legacy modernization with the need to deliver faster innovation and AI-driven transformation?
• Where is AI delivering the greatest impact today, and where is the industry still overestimating its potential?
• How are composable IT and platform-based operating models changing the way you deliver transformation?
• Where will the next wave of value come from: greater efficiency, new business models or AI-enabled growth?
• Looking ahead, what will differentiate the telcos that successfully reinvent themselves from those that fall behind?
