Cece Li is Program Director for AI & Data at TM Forum, where she leads the Trustworthy AI & Data Mission. Her work focuses on advancing practical industry approaches for trustworthy and scalable AI, spanning the AI & Data Governance, Agent Factory, and AI & Data Operations.

Working with TM Forum members, Cece helps translate emerging AI technologies into practical frameworks, architectures and operational approaches that support the responsible adoption, deployment and scaling of AI across the telecom industry.
