Alief Nochtavio

Alief Nochtavio Tahta is the Head of Digital Innovation at Telin (the international arm of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia), leading initiatives focused on digital platform transformation, CPaaS, Network APIs, and AI-driven telecommunications solutions. With more than a decade of experience in software engineering, product development, and solution architecture, he has been involved in building and scaling enterprise-grade digital platforms across messaging, connectivity, and automation services. 

Passionate about shaping the future of telecom, Alief actively works with global operators, technology partners, and digital ecosystem players to drive innovation in telco data intelligence, composable platforms, and AI-powered engagement. He is also actively involved in industry innovation programs and TM Forum Catalyst projects, exploring how agentic AI and intelligent digital services are redefining the next generation of digital ecosystems.
