The Concept
TM Forum AIVA (BETA) is launched
This team is developing the TM Forum AIVA: a GenAI/LLM conversational search-solution capability simplifying and improving how members and visitors find relevant material digitally, with the creation of an architecture blueprint that outlines how GenAI technology can be seamlessly integrated into the Telco landscape (addressing challenges related to security, privacy, accuracy, performance, and scalability).

Progress to date
We have developed the BETA version of TM Forum AIVA , which is a generative AI (genAI) powered search tool to enhance how members access and interact with TM Forum’s extensive library of assets and content. Built using Google’s Gemini Large Language Model, TM Forum AIVA has been designed for multiple use cases, the first of which is integration into TM Forum’s website to make content discovery both faster and more contextually relevant. It will be available via the TM Forum website and the Innovation Hub project page on the TM Forum website
