Manages the overall lifecycle of an ODA Component. It ensures all ODA Components are deployed, configured, secured, monitored, and continuously governed in a consistent way across the enterprise. Rather than delivering business functionality itself, it acts as the behindthe- scenes operator that keeps those capabilities running reliably, scaling when demand increases, enforcing policy and compliance standards, and managing upgrades or changes without disrupting customer-facing services.
