Phase III of this Catalyst accelerates the journey from innovation to commercialization by enabling Communications Service Providers (CSPs) to support and monetize the rapidly expanding Internet of Moving Things (IoMT) — including drones, autonomous vehicles, delivery bots, robotics, and mobile industrial assets. These next-generation IoT systems demand ultra-reliable, low-latency connectivity, real-time orchestration, sustainability optimization, and intelligent assurance that today’s networks are not yet designed to deliver at scale.
This Catalyst evolves an AI-powered, intent-driven platform that unifies autonomous service management, predictive analytics, sustainability insights, and edge intelligence — all integrated through TM Forum Open APIs and ODA-aligned components. Building on earlier phases that demonstrated autonomous IoT orchestration in drone deployments, Phase III expands the solution across diverse moving assets, introduces new API contributions (including telemetry and enhanced SLA/usage models), and incorporates GenAI-driven intent generation, what-if simulation, and closed-loop SLA enforcement.
What makes this phase transformative is its deliberate focus on commercial readiness. The project prototypes monetizable offerings such as corridor-based licensing, mission-based pricing, insights-as-a-service, and B2B2X IoT enablement models — empowering CSPs to move beyond connectivity and become orchestrators of intelligent, sustainable IoT ecosystems. By solving for complexity, visibility, and monetization, the solution enables CSPs to deliver differentiated services for industries such as logistics, smart cities, utilities, public safety, and agriculture.
By fusing intent-based orchestration, generative AI, digital twins, and multi-device scalability into a unified, TM Forum–aligned architecture, this Catalyst provides a commercially viable blueprint for IoT ecosystems that are autonomous, sustainable, and ready for real-world deployment. It demonstrates how CSPs can monetize intelligence — not just connectivity — while delivering societal value through energy-efficient, resilient, and future-ready IoT infrastructure.
