As AI becomes central to digital transformation, Communications Service Providers need a trusted and secure way to exchange intelligence—without compromising sovereignty, data privacy, or competitive advantage. The Agentic Intelligence Exchange – Phase II project advances this vision by creating a framework where AI agents and intelligence assets can be shared, combined, orchestrated, and governed across organizations.
Building on the success of the previous phase, this Catalyst demonstrates how sovereign AI models, domain-specific knowledge, and operational data can be integrated into a collaborative ecosystem while preserving ownership and control. The Intelligence Exchange allows CSPs, partners, and ecosystems to publish, discover, and invoke intelligence modules through standardized interfaces, enabling AI-driven insights and actions to flow seamlessly across environments.
In this phase, the project deepens its focus on federated governance, secure model invocation, agent orchestration, and commercial viability. It showcases how agentic AI can be harnessed for complex multi-party use cases where no single organization holds all the required intelligence, paving the way for shared innovation and accelerated value creation.
By enabling AI collaboration without sacrificing sovereignty, the Agentic Intelligence Exchange equips CSPs to participate confidently in emerging AI ecosystems—unlocking new revenue streams, improving operational performance, and powering the next generation of autonomous digital services.
