CultureConnect Phase II – Predictive Workforce Intelligence is an innovative Catalyst that helps Communication Service Providers (CSPs) accelerate their transformation into AI-native TechCos by reimagining how workforce planning, capability development, and organisational resilience are managed. The solution addresses a critical industry challenge: traditional HR and workforce planning approaches are no longer able to keep pace with rapidly evolving skills requirements driven by AI, autonomous networks, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
