The industry has largely accepted that AI-first transformation is now a business imperative. The challenge is no longer: “Why should we transform?” The challenge is: “How do we deliver measurable business outcomes through AI-native customer experiences, modernized business platforms and ecosystem-driven growth?” This masterclass positions the CIT&E mission as the execution engine that turns strategy into practical industry transformation. 

Outcomes for attendees:

Delegates will gain a clear understanding of the three strategic transformation areas: AI4CX, AI4BSS, and Ecosystem Growth including ODA for Satellite and Fintech.
