Robb Fink

Robb Fink is Vice President of Oracle’s Global Center of Excellence for Infrastructure Industries, where he connects product and solution strategy with field execution to help customers achieve measurable business outcomes. With more than 30 years of experience in the communications industry, Robb has worked with service providers worldwide on transformation initiatives spanning customer experience, CRM, BSS/OSS, cloud applications, enterprise architecture, and artificial intelligence. His current work includes helping organizations apply AI, real-time data, and composable platforms to simplify customer interactions, improve operational agility, and respond more effectively to changing customer needs. Previously, Robb led Oracle’s global Sales Consulting organization for Communications Applications. Earlier in his career, he held leadership and client-facing roles at Siebel Systems, Lucent Technologies, Kenan Systems, and Convergys. Robb is a TM Forum contributor and certified professional.
