Sampath Paranavitane

Sampath Paranavitane is Chief Strategy Officer - Telecom, Media & Technology (TMT) at InfoVision, where he leads strategy and transformation focused on AI-led growth, TMT modernization, and evolving business and operating models. He works with leading communications service providers to shape and scale initiatives across Agentic AI, enterprise data and analytics, cloud, network transformation, and intelligent operations.

Sampath’s focus is on helping telecom organizations move from AI experimentation to enterprise-scale adoption and measurable business outcomes. He works at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and execution, with particular emphasis on building AI-native capabilities, developing reusable transformation models, and identifying new opportunities for profitable growth in the rapidly evolving TMT industry.

Sampath holds a Bachelors in Computer Information Systems and a Masters in Software Engineering from University of Houston in Clear Lake.
