Ravi is responsible for Ericsson's Cloud Software & Services business, working with major North American providers such as Verizon on 5G, Mobile Core, Analytics, Network Management and OSS/BSS. Previously Ravi ran Ericsson’s global Hyperscale Cloud business, driving sales, alliances and partnerships of Ericsson’s leading telecom portfolio with industry-leading Cloud & Webscale companies such as Meta, Google, AWS and Microsoft.
An accomplished business executive with over 20 years of experience, Ravi’s past roles range from leading research and technology teams, new product innovation, product and portfolio management to pre-sales and business development. An author of multiple peer-reviewed papers and patents, Ravi has represented Ericsson in senior leadership roles in external fora such as the TMF & IETF.
Ravi holds an MS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park and an Executive Management degree from the Stockholm School of Economics.
