Bradley Mead

Bradley Mead is the Head of Ericsson Managed Services Networks and a leadership team member of the Cloud Software & Services Business Area.

He leads a global organization of over 13,000 professionals, overseeing the world’s largest telecommunications network operations outside of China, spanning more than 60 countries. Bradley is a key force behind Ericsson’s strategic transformation of network operations, championing the integration of automation and artificial intelligence to drive the evolution toward Autonomous Network Operations.

With over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry—15 of those in Managed Services—Bradley has been central to Ericsson’s global leadership in this field. His influence is reflected in the success of major network service contracts across the United States, United Kingdom, India and Australia, among others.

Bradley is passionate about translating business intent into high-performing network outcomes and protecting the health and well being of people; he is the executive sponsor in Ericsson's Global OHS Board and also an active sponsor of various development programs.
