Chris Anderson

Chris is a Managing Director in Accenture’s North America Technology Strategy Practice. In her role as Transformation Excellence Director, she leads large scale, mission-critical technology initiatives enabling telecom and technology service providers to transform and grow their businesses.

Over the past 25 years, she has structured, advised, and led end-to-end transformation programs. She has also led core components of these programs, including business cases, vendor selection, capability and process design, customer and system migration, channel, and operational readiness, testing and operations / application service management. She has deep knowledge of service provider operations across all business functions.
She focuses on collaborating with industry partners to develop innovative solutions to key industry challenges. She has been actively engaged in TM Forum events and collaboration projects, including the Digital Maturity Model (DMM), catalyst innovation projects, and business architecture framework (eTOM) certification courses.
She is passionate about recruiting and developing talent, especially in actively coaching and mentoring the next generation of female technology leaders.
