Sapna Jain

Sapna Jain leads enterprise-wide transformation efforts to modernize and accelerate the retirement of legacy systems and platforms at AT&T. Her team applies AI extensively to identify and rationalize systems for reducing technical debt, improving customer experience and operational speed. Passionate about harnessing technology to solve complex challenges, Sapna holds three patents and a Women of Color STEM Award for outstanding technical contributions. Several of her innovations have garnered significant recognition for AT&T, including a prestigious CIO Award.
