With over 25 years of experience, Jeff has led cross-functional teams to modernize IT infrastructure, consolidate over 3,000 applications into a secure multi-cloud environment, and deliver measurable improvements in agility and cost efficiency Jeff’s strategic vision has been instrumental in aligning Lumen’s technology roadmap with its North Star transformation objectives, enabling rapid delivery of new products and services while ensuring compliance with CMMC 2.0 and CUI requirements for public sector. His leadership in application rationalization, cloud migration, composable architecture and enterprise governance has set new standards for operational excellence.

As part of the Lumen transformation efforts, Jeff partners across product, operations, and engineering to foster innovation, scalability, and adoption of emerging industry trends. He has led enterprise transformation efforts to SaaS platforms, including ServiceNow and Salesforce, and established governance processes, architecture standards, and reference architectures for API, event, data, and AI/ML initiatives. Jeff holds multiple patents in device authentication and API orchestration, reflecting his commitment to advancing technology and industry best practices.
