The Essential AI Agent Framework for Telecom Innovation project addresses this gap by delivering a standards-driven foundation that enables CSPs to design, deploy, and operate agentic AI capabilities with confidence. This Catalyst provides a modular, interoperable framework built on TM Forum assets and best practices, allowing telcos to accelerate AI adoption while reducing technical and operational risk. The solution enables CSPs to use AI agents for automation, decision support, and customer experience enhancement—without reinventing the wheel for every use case. By establishing reusable patterns, governance models, integration guidelines, and lifecycle management processes, the project empowers operators to scale AI initiatives efficiently, unlock new innovation opportunities, and ensure AI deployments are secure, compliant, and fit for purpose.
