This Catalyst introduces a new, AI-driven commercial operating model that enables Communication Service Providers (CSPs) to deliver fully autonomous, personalized marketing and product experiences at scale. Addressing the limitations of fragmented catalogs, manual campaign execution, and slow commercial workflows, the solution transforms how CSPs design, launch, and activate offers—dramatically reducing time-to-market while improving customer relevance and commercial performance. At the core of the solution is an intelligent, harmonized product catalog that functions as an executable system rather than a static repository. Catalog definitions—including pricing, eligibility, policies, and lifecycle constraints—are interpreted and enforced in real time, ensuring consistent offers across all channels. This is combined with closed-loop autonomous marketing capabilities powered by predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI to continuously determine next-best actions and activate offers instantly based on customer behavior, business objectives, and policy guardrails. Unlike traditional approaches that rely on manual campaign design and siloed systems, this Catalyst embeds AI across the commercial lifecycle. Predictive models assess churn risk, propensity, and offer affinity; prescriptive AI recommends optimal actions aligned with strategic KPIs; and generative AI accelerates the creation of offers, rules, and customer journeys.
