The venue sits next to Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm, with walkable dining, retail, and outdoor space nearby. The hotel is fully integrated with the convention center, enabling efficient movement between sessions, meetings, and accommodation.

Innovate Americas opens at 8:00am on Tuesday, October 6. The registration desk opens one day prior at 4:00pm on Monday, October 5, allowing delegates to collect badges early and avoid queues. The event closes at 6:00pm on Thursday, June 25.

After registering for Innovate Americas, attendees can request an invitation letter via the confirmation screen or the link provided in the confirmation email.
