Registration remains open throughout the event. However, all attendees must complete the required ID validation before arriving at the venue, and processing times may vary.

To avoid delays or access issues, it is strongly recommended that you complete your registration in advance. Your registration status will indicate whether all mandatory information has been submitted and you are cleared to access the venue.

TM Forum does not sponsor media or analysts to attend our events, including travel or accommodation.

Media and analysts who require sponsorship are welcome to explore opportunities directly with TM Forum members, partners or event exhibitors who may be able to support their attendance.

Registered media and analysts have access to a dedicated media lounge during the event. This space provides quiet working areas, seating, power, and Wi‑Fi.

Video and podcast recording facilities are available onsite. Requests should be submitted in advance by emailing [email protected]. Capacity is limited, and slots are allocated on a first‑come basis.

Press materials, including announcements, image assets, and spokesperson headshots, will be available via the media toolkit.

A selection of TM Forum executives and invited speakers will be available for one‑to‑one interviews during the event.

Interview requests should be submitted in advance by contacting our communications team at [email protected], including details of your outlet, preferred spokesperson and suggested timing. Where possible, requests will be scheduled ahead of the event.

Onsite interview requests may be accommodated subject to availability.

All filming must be authorized by TM Forum prior to the event. Please reach out to the TM Forum press team for permission and details of how to conduct the activity.

All videography and photography operations cannot interfere with TM Forum sessions, activities, or visitor traffic. TM Forum reserves the right to determine the terms under which filming will be permitted, and the right to deny or revoke permission to film for any reason.

TM Forum puts the experience and safety of our delegates and staff foremost. We reserve the right to reject and revoke requests that interfere with our delegates’ experience or unnecessarily burden TM Forum or venue and staff.

Please note: On the show floor, tripods, standing cameras, lights, standing microphones, chairs/seating arrangements, wiring, backdrops, or other stationary equipment are strictly prohibited.

Locations

Filming in the TM Forum exhibition hall is allowed, but only inside a sponsor’s designated exhibition space and meeting room with the express permission of the sponsor. There will be no filming in the aisles, attendee lounges or any other public space in the exhibition hall.

Filming is strictly prohibited in all conference sessions (Headliner, spotlights, breakfast and lunch briefings, summits, etc.).

Images and visual assets will be available on the media toolkit page during and after the event.
