As Assistant Vice President of National Operations at AT&T, Suzanna Fowler is a leader for the transformation of the Business Operations organization, driving improvements in operational effectiveness and elevating the service experience for customers across the enterprise. Suzanna is passionate about technology and brings deep expertise in sourcing complex technology solutions, ensuring AT&T remains at the forefront of innovation and operational excellence.
In this pivotal role, Suzanna oversees the development and execution of workforce strategy, ensuring the organization is agile, future-ready, and equipped with the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape. She champions the integration of artificial intelligence and automation to reinvent processes, enhance decision-making, and deliver measurable impact. Suzanna directs the centralized operational effectiveness impact assessment program, establishing best-in-class practices for evaluating, prioritizing, and activating change initiatives that support critical business outcomes.
Her responsibilities include:
• Centralized Impact Assessment & Change Management: Leads a best-in-class, enterprise-wide framework that assesses, prioritizes, and orchestrates operational change—ensuring every initiative advances AT&T's strategic goals.
• AI-Driven Operational Excellence: Champion adoption of AI and advanced analytics to improve the end-to-end customer journey, reduce handoffs, and accelerate service to AT&T’s customers.
• Workforce Strategy & Transformation: Designing and implementing vibrant a comprehensive workforce blueprint that optimizes talent, culture, skills, and geographic alignment, with a strong focus on AI capability development.
• Customer Experience: Customer centric people, process, and technology of continuous improvement into the organization’s DNA.
Suzanna’s career has spanned legal, finance, supply chain, and technical sourcing, giving her a unique perspective on cross-functional collaboration and transformation. She is recognized for her ability to thoughtfully lead through change, foster a culture of innovation, and deliver results that matter for employees and customers alike.

Suzanna holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from Rollins College and a J.D. from Florida A&M College of Law.
